Wonderful moments card Stampin up!

Hello and welcome back to Chapter Crafts. Today I have made this card for a bride using the wonderful moments stamp set and the delightfully detailed laser cut designer series paper.

Here's how to make it.

Card base
Powder pink card 4 1\4" X 11 3\4"
Score @ 5 7\8"

A bit of mirror card 5 3\4" X 4"

Stampin layer
Powder pink card 5" X 3 1\2"

Stamp your image using basic black ink and colour your image in using the media you want attached the cut designer series paper on top of your image.
Using a 1 1\2" circle punch cut out 2 circles in the same mirror card and 1 circle in the powder pink stamp sentiment and attached to card front.

My second project this week is a card for a exptant mother 

I chose to use wonderful moments stamp set as I think it covers all the important events Inc wedding , giving birth and if anyone is I'll or just a card to cheer someone up.

Here's how to make it.

Card base.

 Whisper white card 8 1\4" X 5 7\\8""

Score @ 4 1\8"

Run a bit of Highland heather card 4" X 5 3\4"

Stamp your image using Highlands heatther ink on a bit of wisper white 3" X 4 3\4"

Case a Scrimpy card Stampin up!

Hello and welcome back to Chapter Crafts. Today I have been given a challenge to Case a Scrimpy card. What this means is all the ladies and gentlemen who are in Team Scrimpy gets paired with a fellow crafter, you then have to choose a card that the crafter has made and make it and add your twist to it.
I got paired with the lovely Karen Egan. I saw her craft stall pictures and noticed the pop up box cards she made for her. I decided to have a go at making one. The one below is the one made by Karen Egan.
I choose to make a Christmas theme so using the signs of santa bundle from the Stampin up autumn/winter catalogue.

Here's how to make it.

Card base.

First you need real red card stock cut to 5 1\2" x full A4 size on the length an score on the long side @ 2", 5 1\2", 7 1\2" & 11"
Score on the small side with the small side @ 3" up 2 the 3rd score line.
Cut 3 peices of red card to 1\2" x 4 1\2". Score @ 1\2" & 4" on all 3 bits.

Layer 1
Using the Santa's workshop DSP cut
1 @ 3 1\4" X 3"
1 @ 3 1\4" X 2 1\4"
2 @ 1 3\4" X 2 1\4"

Here's how to make it.

Sweet soiree designer series paper 9 1\2" x 4 1\4"

Score at 3 1\4", 3 7\8", 4 1\2" & 7 3\4"

Mark 1 side at 1" & 3 1\4"
Mark other side 5\8" & 3 5\8"

Mark, cut and fold as instructed in video.

Attach velcro to close tagtag/

Attach bakers twine for the handle.

 This is one of those sets where you can use to make simple cards that take a few minutes to advance cards that take time, using any colour to change the card.

Here's how to make it.

Card base.

First you need whisper white card stock cut to 8 1\4" x 5 13\16" and score @ 4 1\8"

Layer 1
Using the Petal passion designer series paper cut out 4" x 5 6\8".

Stick ribbon to your designer series paper and attach that to the card base
Stamp bird image in basic black and cut out, attach to card front. Using the tailored tag punch out 1 in whisper white & 1 in pumpkin pie stick together . Stamp sentiment on Whisper White.  Using  dimensional attach to the card front.
Cut out lace detail and attach to card front.

 This is one of those sets where you can use to make simple cards that take a few minutes to advance cards that take time.

Here's how to make it.

Card base.

First you need whisper white card stock cut to 5 7\8" x 5 3\8" and score @ 4 1\8"

Layer 1

Petal passion designer series paper cut at  two peices at 5 7\8" x 1 1\4"

Window section
Acetate cut to 5 7\8" x 4 1\8"
Stick to top section of the card base. Stick 1 peice of DSP on top of the acetate at the top and bottom.

Hello and welcome back to Chapter Crafts. Today I have made a very simple card using the picture perfect birthday stamp set from the spring/ summer catalogue from Stampin up!

 This is one of those sets where you can use to make simple cards that take a few minutes to advance cards that take time.

Here's how to make it.

Card base.

First you need whisper white card stock cut to 9 7\8" x 4 7\8" and score @ 4 15\16"

Stamp the ribbon image stamp randomly on the cards base in tempting turquoise and soft sky ink. The using the confetti stamp randomly stamp in melon mambo.

Layer 1
Whisper White card cut to 4 7\8" x 2"

Stamp your sentiment in basic black ink and decorate with tempting turquoise ink.

Using dimensional attach to the card front.
You can change the colours to make this card for a female or male.

Using the largest square of the 'stitched frame lets' cut out in Whisper White
Stamp your sentiment in basic black and stamp out 3 of the candles in pumpkin pie ink with the flame in daffodil delight.

Hello and welcome back to Chapter Crafts. Today I have made a very simple card using the free Epic celebration stamp set from the sale.a.bration catalogue from stampin up!

 This is one of those sets where you can use it for any occasion.
Here's how to make it.

Card base.

First you need whisper white card stock cut to 8 2\8" x 5 13\16" and score @ 4 1\8"

Layer 1

Whole lot of lovely designer series paper cut at  4" x 5 3\4"

Layer 2
Whisper white card cut at 5 1\4" x 3 7\8"
Using the silver embossing paste and the bubbles mask creat the back ground to give it a bit of a shine.

Using the 'stitched frame lets' cut out 1 square in Whisper White and one bigger in Pacific point card.

Coloured ink used is basic black ink. Colour in you image.

Stamp the guitar in the background in soft sky ink.
 Stamp your sentiment in basic black ink

Using a 1 1\2" circle punch, punch out 3 circles using night of navy, soft sky and garden green.

First you need calypso coral card stock cut to 8 5\16" x 5 13\16" and score @ 4 1\8"

Layer 1

Lemon lime twist 5" x 3 1\2"

Layer 2
Bubbles and fizz

Coloured ink used is basic black ink, although you could use any colour and you could get a different look every time.

This is one of those stamp sets that is great for men of all ages, and if you get the stamp and the punch attached the same time you get 10% off.
Here's how to make it.

First you need Whisper white card stock cut to 8 1\4" x 5 7\8" and score @ 4 1\8"

Layer 1

True gentleman designer series paper 5 5\8" x 4"

Stamp your image on a whisper white card using basic black, then punch it out using the punch.

Finish off with a strip of ribbon across the bottom and a bow.

Mother's Day Z-fold card Stampin up!

Hello and welcome back to Chapter Crafts. As you all know it's mother's Day in a few weeks so I decided to make this mother's Day z-fold card using mother's flair and just add text both from Stampin up! 

I've seen a few people making z-fold cards so  I thought I'd give it a go.
Here's how to make it.

First you need Pink pirouette card stock cut to 7 7\8" x 11 5\8" and score @ 2 7\" & 5 7\8"

Cut 2" off the width after scoring, save this you will need it.

Layer 1

Painted with love designer series paper 
1st peice cut at 5 1\2" x 5 1\2"
2nd peice cut at 5 1\2" x 2 3\4"
3rd peice cut at 5 1\2" x 1 3\4"
4th peice cut at 2 3\4 " x 1 3\4

Coloured ink used is basic black ink, lemon lime twist marker, calypso coral marker, berry burst marker.

First you need Pink pirouette card stock cut to 11 1\2" x 4 1\8" and score @ 5 3\4" & 8 5\8"

Painted with love designer series paper 5 3\4" x 4 1\8"

Stampin layer

Whisper White card 3 3\4" x 4"

Coloured ink used is basic black ink and then colour in with your blends

Lovely Wishes card Stampin up!

Hello and welcome back to Chapter Crafts. Today I have made another simple card using the stamp set lovely Wishes from stampin up!

I love this stamp set and you can use it with different colours of ink and DSP
Here's how to make it.

First you need Whisper white card stock cut to 8 1\4" x 5 13\16" and score @ 4 1\8"

Layer 1

Fresh florals designer series paper 5 1\4" x 4" in fresh fig

Stampin layer

Whisper White card 5 1\2" x 3 1\2"

Coloured ink used is basic black, lemon lime twist, marina mist and fresh fig ink
